GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall I have had a really good experience with Rancho Mirage High School. Everyone here is nice and for the most part respectful. The sports programs are amazing and our AVID program has also helped me set myself up to start to apply to colleges and even scholarships.

Rancho Mirage High School is a pretty good school overall, but as an arts student, I wish they would cater more towards the arts, as they do have the Helen Gallen Theater, as well as branding themselves as a school that does. I wish they would have more options when it comes to dual enrollment as well.

Overall I have a good experience at Rancho Mirage High School. The best things about this school is there are great teachers, there is a lot of school spirit especially among juniors and seniors, and provide many resources like tutoring and career counseling. The worst things about this school is the food, lack of good clubs, and stricter rules. What I would like to see change is the food and have more hands on activities in class.
