GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school is sad, the kids are not getting a real high school experience. There's hardly any communication and what you do get is last minute. The building has no windows so the kids are stuck in a gloomy environment. There's no community involvement. Even the faculty does not get involved with spirt week. They want to hold junior prom in the lobby of the building.

Students that aren't usually talkative can still get along with other more outgoing people. Though there are many fights here.

The best part is that I have the support and the resources to help me get ready for college. They are also showing me the things that I will need and what will help me. The worst part is the work load. As a senior I feel stressed because teachers give a great amount of work. I can't finish it in class so I have to take it home when that is taking up my time to fill out college applications.

If you don't have to do not send your children to this school. A few of the teachers actually care about the students but the rest could care less. The administrators are terrible when it comes to communication. The school lacks organization. My child's senior prom and senior events were poorly plan...

It's fun when it want it to be, it's not strict but they care about the students education. But it's nice and the teachers there are Okay. Some teachers are cool and others are kind of strict. I like how teachers provide the help for others. It's a great school! The administrators are on point with...

I received my son's report card this morning and I am disappointed. My son received 4 D's on his final grades. I believe the school environment has a lot to do with it in conjunction with him been lazy and not keeping up with homework and class work. Over all he is a great guy...but these D's are ce...

As parents, we are new to the neighborhood. I greatly appreciate the candor with which the students spoke about this school. The behavior problems mentioned by these students, coupled with the fact that the majority of the students writing these reviews cannot seem to spell on a junior high level, w...
