Raymond High School is an oddball to talk about as a high school. It is a small school in a small town in the small woods of New Hampshire. As such, its community is also... small. As someone who came in from the outside, connecting with people who have known each other since elementary is... difficult, to say the least. My best experiences thus have not been with individual people (in fact they have often been my worst), but with a class as a whole. I would go into more detail, but I'm afraid I would have no space left to answer the rest of the prompt. One of the biggest problems at Raymond High School is the local school board. They oddly hold a lot of power over the super intendant of the school district, and are always proposing these big changes to lower the costs of running the high school (I would type more in detail, but I would run out of characters). The one thing I would like to see change at the very least is some less bureaucracy in Raymond, and more care for the school.

Overall the experience was ok. If you do the work it is easy to get good grades. Workload can be a lot sometimes. I had a good experience playing sports and it was fairly easy to make the team.

My teachers have been really awesome and will miss them a lot. I wish them the very best next year. The football program is really good too. I played 3yrs and made All State lineman. It was very exciting. The teachers are really involved, going the extra mile to help whenever you have a question. I will always remember my high school years and all of my friends.

Excellent high school. Not too big, not too small. Great classes to choose from. The teachers and leadership do a great job. Room for improvement though during Covid time. A lot of assigning and not a lot of teaching. Classes end early too often. Middle school same thing. :(

Resident of this town sine 2004. This school system is got to be the worst in the State. all they want to do is raise taxes for new buildings while hiring self serving, usless teachers for zero money. You get what you pay for.

Their Special-Ed department does nothing to help kids with special needs. They don't help keep the parents well informed either, unless your child does something wrong. If you don’t plan on attending college or aren’t a part of their extra-curricular activities, then they don’t waste any time or ene...
