GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is a very unreal and exciting experience and I am very happy to go to Rayne High. I love going to all the games and hanging out with all my friends

I am in honors classes so the whole public school experience was not that bad. I was able to stay with the same students all day long. We were really able to help each other out with work we did not understand. The teachers were somewhat helpful when they had the time. My over all experience at Rayne High was really good.

My high school experience with Rayne High School was a very unique and immersive experience riddled with many challenges. Overall though I enjoyed being taught in my hometown and graduating as the class of 2023 valedictorian. I met many lifelong friends and teachers that really supported me and my future career. By most people's standards my former high school wouldn't be the best place to be but for me I was able to enjoy it and was able to make the best of my opportunities. Life for me there was truly what I decided to make it.

Some of the teachers were phenomenal but most of them just didn't care about their jobs.

The teachers seem to really care and that is a huge plus! A lot of the students are out of control, but I don't know that, that is the school's problem more/less the school board who won't let the school expel many students now a days. If your child is an honors child then this is a great school, if...
