Raytown high school was a place with good academics and teachers who truly care about the well being of their students and try everyday to make real change. Some of the downsides of the school are the the students, as a body we were all disconnected and different and despise the efforts it was hard to keep the peace amongst the student body. But it never stopped those who tried and committed to supporting everyone equally.

Overall I enjoyed my time at Raytown. The best was my senior year. I took my last year as an opportunity to try several clubs and sports. The worst is during an incident that I caused shame to my family. I appreciate the leniency and the opportunity for a second change.

My experience at Raytown High has overall been more on the positive side. There are some negatives, which could be things like not having enough resources, or not being prepared rightfully for college. But there is great teachers here who really care about you and your future. The arts and sports programs are great and contains a plentiful amounts of help and spirit, and being included into them has helped my character prosper in many ways.

All 3 were mentored and nurtured by all staff including the lovely women in the front office. The oldest graduating from college in 3 years and going dire...

My two daughters graduated from Raytown High. My two sons will as well. Great teachers and staff, and the school is full of good kids. Students are very kind to the Special Ed students, which warms my heart. Like a small town in Raytown.
