Redmond Middle School is a public school serving students in sixth through eighth grade. It is located just off of Northeast 104th Street, near Redmond High School and Mann Elementary. Known for its academics, educators help students achieve at a higher than average standard nationwide. With extremely high rating in test scores and academic progress, Redmond Middle School continues to promote excellence in education. In addition, the school has created the Quest Program, for accelerated learning opportunities across all subjects. There are also programs in place for students with special needs, and those working with English as their second language. Redmond Middle School provides many extracurricular opportunities with ten different athletic teams, a variety of clubs, Honors Society, and band. Committed to the whole student, Redmond Middle School challenges students to develop their academic skills in preparation for high school and beyond, work toward becoming a global citizen, and create a balanced school and family life. PTSA is available for parent involvement, and there are many volunteer opportunities available for families.

Although the community is definitely not close nor is the school spirit worth bragging, you can bet that once you find your "group", they will never leave you. I've found from my experience that the teachers are truly there for you and the students are true to themselves. Thanks to that, I feel that our bullying stat is significantly lower than any other middle school in the region.

MY BEST FRIEND HAD TWO ATTEMPTED MURDERS AT THIS SCHOOL. This is not a joke, he is severely traumatized and the school only suspended the perpetrators for a week each time. If you care for your children's safety. DO NOT COME HERE.

Redmond Middle School provides a reasonably fast track to high school and prepares students quite well for that fact. Many capable students need more difficulty in learning, so sometimes classes will become a bit boring and/or wish there were higher level science/math/elective choices. On the other...

I found many other reviews, And saw that most said that they teach too fast, and students are not able to learn very easily. Could be better if they actually explained in full form.

My daughter transitioned from Redmond Elementary to this school and has been attending 4 months now. We'll see how it goes till the end of year but so far overall she does not like going to this school due to the unhealthy student behaviors and some careless teachers.
