The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

It's a great school, academically. We don't have as much choices of classes and opportunities due to lack of space.

My experience with Southeastern has not all been terrible, but there are a few things that I would like to improve. We are very short on classrooms, and some are in the weight room area permanently. In order to be successful, students like myself need an appropriate environment to learn in. Also, I think that we should have more options as far as our electives. If we want to take art, we are required to take it online. Online classes are structured, but art is more hands on, and we are not able to do so here. I appreciate all the teachers, and they have made me the person I am today.

Southeastern is a small school where everyone knows everyone. It's like a small family. The only thing I would change about Southeastern is the favoritism towards teacher's kids.
Every single staff member that I have met from Southeastern is passionate about what they do. I have been very impressed by the staff in general. A small school body allows people to actually know each other, which i consider a positive as well. Clearly better than surrounding alternatives, hits abo...
For elementary students, I found it was not conducive for a strong early education foundation. There are many great teachers while there are some that are not. 2/10 For kindergarten, first, forth and fifth grades, it was actually kinda nice... However second, third, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades I was bullied beyond measure (and not just by students).
The school needs work. It's really certain teachers. I have had problems on the bus and have had to pull my children Off the bus. I have had problems with a few teachers. I feel as if they are not listening and they are there for just a paycheck not to teach our children.
