Best parts were having field-trips for every grade while, having teachers who care. Bad parts were the food and the cleanness of the school

The best part of my experience would be the sports aspect. Being on the tennis team and the track team have given me the opportunity to make new connections and learn new skills. The worst part of my experience would be not feeling represented as a black woman at the school. There aren't any actives for the black student population compared to the other demographics of the school.

My experience at Carter High school was an extraordinary experience I met some wonderful teachers who were very invested in my future. I appreciate the career center and the counselors were very helpful I would not have been able to make it without them.

If you're unaware of the program, essentially it's tracking. A group of students apply and if their test scores, grades, and personal statements meet...
