GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The faculty at Richland High School is for the most part top class. There are lots of great teachers who make sure students learn enough to be ready for college. Also, Richland High School has a great variety of college classes available that students are able to take. When I graduated in 2016, I ended the year with 24 duel credit hours. As far as the environment at this school goes, its a fairly safe school with few fights or substance problems going on during school hours.

Richland High School is smaller, so there are many opportunities to make friends. However, I would like to see more opportunities for accelerated students to succeed.
