Amazing school and wonderful community. Teachers, staff, families, and fellow students are engaged in making the learning and growing experience joyful and fulfilling. Teachers encourage students be their best selves in a supportive and caring environment.

We researched many independent schools before deciding on Ridgefield Academy for our son. He has been enrolled for 4 years and not only does he love going to school, but we are thrilled with our choice. He has more confidence, focus, and achieved so much academically. The teachers really make an effort to understand the child's interests, learning style, and challenges to help them become independent and confident students.

The school is very small, so all middle schoolers are forced to play a sport. The small size also limits the number of other extracurriculars and what is available, like theatre, is rather low quality.
