My experience at the ASK academy has been a good one. I have attended ASK since 6th grade. Through attending ASK I have been able to go to China for a robotics competition and shadow nurses at the local hospital. I have enjoyed having a more specialized education, as I wish to pursue a biomedical degree. There have been some trouble but I chalk that up to the growing school sizes and growing pains.

The ASK Academy is much more tech based than many other schools. We frequently use our computers in class. Having Fridays off is nice because it gives us more time to work on our homework.

The Ask Academy has some of the best teachers. It is like going to a private school, except that it is a free public school. It is a state charter school, not part of RRPS, and has 2 specialty tracks, biomedical and engineering.

So today I went in to the school to drop off an order to my aunt that works there. The old lady that works up front. I did not get her name she is very rude and not professional at all I don't know how they could have someone working there like that. She was trying to find a way to start an argument...

Do not send your child to this school the bullying is horrible and the administration does not care about the children that are bullied and continue to let it happen without any punishment to the bullies. They also don't monitor the kids at lunch which leads to children being beat up and them trying...
