Overall River Road is a good school. There are many teachers and staff members who do take their job seriously and show compassion and fairness to the students. One of the biggest changes that I would like to see is parent and community involvement.

I had a decent experience at River Road High School. I found that we were doing "busy work" so that teachers didn't have to do anything. On the other hand, we had people who tried their hardest to make sure we were learning. I would like to see the effort from teachers and students change.

It's a good school I just wasn't as prepared for college as I thought I was going to be. The food isn't very good and most of the teachers really don't care. Some teachers are also coaches and all they care about is sports. There are a few select teachers who actually care about their students and helping them out.

River Road High School and River Road ISD is the best in the Area. The teacher and administrators care deeply about every student and work very hard to ensure they receive the best education possible. It is east to cast stones when you have parents who expect the schools to raise their children but...
