I love riverton high school, there are just a few things that I would change. There aren't enough resources that truly help kids prepare for after high school.

While in middle school I was unsure of what high school I would go to. I could go to either of the schools that were in my boundary or I could apply for a special permit to go to another school. I applied for the special permit and got it to go to the high school that at least 60% of my 65 person middle school graduating class would go to. Then I had the important choice to make, either go to Riverton which was in my boundary and had 5 people i knew were going to go or to go to the other school and be with people I knew and a class I wanted so desperately to take. In the end I chose to go to Riverton and that couldn't have been a better choice. Through RHS I have found my family, my passion in life, and an incredible support system. From the teachers always being willing to help and support their students, to a season of giving that gets everyone involved for a cause that affects and helps its own student body. At RHS there is a place for everyone and opportunities for everyone.
