This school is not very good, at least in most areas, the teachers arent great, there are no forms of clubs, they treat everyone like they are mess-ups, and its not very diverse.

I have loved my two years there. It was my first experience at a charter school and I honestly felt very welcomed. The Choir and Theatre Departments are amazing. And I made some of the best friends ever there.

The middle school is trying some new things that are really motivating the kids to do their work. They have a couple of days every so often called flex-time where kids can go to classes that they need help in or having to bring up grades or make up things - they have to go if they have an "I" in the class (like an incomplete). But if their grades are all ok and they don't need to go to a class they can go do activities that the teachers run. They can be hobby type classes like origami, to games in the gym or classroom, to creating things, cooking, you think of it they do it. It motivates the kids to be able to have fun if they are caught up. The kids really enjoy it. Also they are doing a no late work policy but they do have consequences like the no flex time fun, but they realized the kids got overwhelmed and just wouldn't do the work. ( The do have some sports - but middle schools aren't required to that is why this district named them middle schools)

I really like this school! Mr. Grothe is the GOAT. Even though there is a lot of swearing and stuff, you can tell the teachers are trying their hardest to keep the kids safe and learning. Love this school to pieces.

It's a whatever school if you can find a group of students like you and you have classes with them it's not all that bad.
