I like that my school is small and close knit. I started my 9th grade year and have made many friends since then. I enjoy the sports as well as the academics. Overall, my grades have improved since attending and I have enjoyed my years at Halifax Academy.

I love the teachers and the quality of my education. I don't like how the athletic students are treated better than the non-athletic.

The teachers here are very used to the environment they live in, as in the majority have grown up living in the area and some have attended this school. This means that the examples or other forms of teaching is used at the school is generally of a one track mind. The teachers are also very engaged in the students lives. Some teachers are will even go as for as taking a student to their destination if outside of school when a parent or guardian is in available.

I graduated from Halifax Academy and sent my children to Halifax Academy. My children and I always felt that it was a safe environment and they received a quality education from teachers that cared about their success!
