The community is very tight-knit and makes the school feel like a second home. Everyone knows each other and collaborate very often on projects. One thing I would change would probably be the drop-off line. Other than that, I really like the way the school is structured in a circle, it's hard to get lost. I absolutely love the music department, most of my friends are from there and everyone is deeply involved in it in some way or another. I'm proud to be part of Mayo High school.

I have two kids whom are both thriving at Mayo. Decent selection of AP and honors classes. The school is very supportive of students who strive to do well. Having moved here a year ago, my expectations have definitely been met and I have two happy students at Mayo High School.

Mayo High School. The school has a wide variety of top notch AP courses, excellent fine arts and solid athletic teams. My student that recently graduated is well prepared for college and really had learned how to be an outstanding citizen.
