Absolutely horrible , unprofessional and extremely rude administration. Overall very negative energy in school from the moment you enter. Vice principal and principal in 2025 is worse I ever meet in my whole life.

My son is in kindergarten at this school and we absolutely love it. I and his mom were very nervous for him to begin public school, as most parents are, but our experience with Rockford Elementary has been a great one. Mr Tipton makes this school awesome. He knows each child individually by name. He knows their family, each child's story. Every school should be blessed with such a caring principal.
