Educational inspiration starts at Valley View Elementary School in northern Rockford, Michigan. This competitive kindergarten through fifth grade institution serves students in Rockford Public Schools. The bullying is really bad for the handful of non-white kids that are at the school. The teachers do not care about the bullying. Avoid this school if you have colored kids or any kids.
