I would love to see students held to a higher standard. As a high honors student, I still don't feel as prepared as I should be for college. Most AP and college classes are online, and the honors classes that are available are treated like regular gen Ed classrooms. However, I do like our new administration. They are trying to change the school for the better, and I hope that they succeed in their efforts.

I overall loved my experience with Hampshire High School. I hope to see the school culture and excitement get heightened. I also hope to see the bathrooms get fixed. The best part of my experience was the connections you make with teachers.

I love being with my friends and most of the teachers. I would like to see a new principal come in and get the school under control. I would love for there to be more communication and the administration too get everything in order. Most of the good teachers are leaving Hampshire County and traveling to better paying jobs because they need to feed their families. The principal needs to get permission from the Board of Education before he makes decisions. Hampshire County is far behind on what they are learning and some of the students aren't ready for college they need to get these students ready for college starting in middle school and continue through high school.

Things are really starting to improve. The new administration is professional and they don't tolerate any nonsense. Some of the new teachers are making a big difference.

There are so many things to complain about when it comes to Hampshire. Most of the teachers are horrible, some are fair, others I LOVE - lunches are tasteless and disgusting (though they're definitely better than last year). The school is SERIOUSLY run by the students, NOT the admins. Most just seem...
