I go to this school and I am a junior who graduates in 2026. I have had my ups and downs in this school but, some of the teachers here are really great. Teachers who make a big impact on your life because they really care. The building is constantly being added to and the upgrades on the building make it worth coming.

In my own positive personal experience as a student at Royse City High-school, I would have to say that there is many things that many of the teachers that work there truly care for their students and you can tell actually enjoy their job. The district gives us many chances to be able to do good academically in our school work. Teachers always try to connect with us as students and try to make the material very exciting for us to learn. In my own opinion, I do not think that the school is lacking in any aspect. So I really can't say anything negative about the school. Mariano Montoya

The best part about RCHS is how many different classes and programs there are to choose from. The worst part is the overcrowding, it has grown so much in this area and they can't build new schools fast enough to keep up.

This school has poor leadership. The principals have favorite students who they allow to get away with whatever they want. If you go to the principals over an issue or someone bulling they sweep the issue under the rug where it continues to happen. The teachers cuss the kids out and tell them they w...

Absolutely awful! Disengaged teachers, safety issues galore, horrible administration and leadership. I'd give zero stars if I could. My son will be a Junior, we are giving it one last quarter before we pull him out. Last chance. I'm concerned for him every day I drop him off.

RCHS is mediocre at best, with very few good teachers, and horrible students. This school does not care about its students, staff, or families involved. I was heavily bullied this past school year, and was discouraged by staff to bring it up or file reports. The students bullying were allowed to cont...
