I wasn't born in Rumford but I've lived her all my life my overall experience has been good at mountain valley. The teachers help you and treat you right, there always there to help you if you ask or need it I love how the assistant, principal and principal are around all the time.they know every kid in the school they say high to them all in the hallways everyday it's a good environment, the sports are good and fun love play sports with my friends I've always have with since I was little overall my experience has been good to sink and take in and I will truly miss it.

Most of this school's teachers are excellent and try to help their students grow and learn. The school district superintendent and school board are not so great. Our teachers are some of the best but the administration tends to let destructive behaviors and illegal activities happen without any consequences.

MVHS was the first educational facility that I have attended that has shown me what a second family is and what trust really means. I am previously from Saco, Maine, and am proud to be a Falcon of this high school; they welcomed me into their nest with open arms and I could not be more thankful than I am now.
