GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The courses are not challenging. They need more Advanced Placement classes. They set their expectations extremely low.

My school is decent we just got a whole new auditorium and cafeteria, and the staff provides a lot for the students many people don't think they do but they're trying to make things better. One of the best experiences I've had at my school was being able to have the best driver's ed teacher. I have not had many bad experiences at my school most were enjoyable memories. One thing I would like to see change is the amount of work the teachers assign the students.

I really liked the different options you have in high school for electives. I also like that Rushville takes pride in not only sports, but band and chorus events. I woud like to see someone take charge in helping students get ready for college. The counselor is the ideal options, but she does not help students figure out FAFSAs, different college options, etc.
