Grainger High School isn't the worse school that I have been enrolled in. Their food isn't the best, but the lunch ladies try with what they have. The school would have gotten a better scoring if I hadn't had so much trouble with them. However, they do have a good amount of dual enrollment classes and even offer some online classes like Latin and ASL. They are pretty decent.

It was a good high school experience. The place may not have been the best, but the people were in my opinion.

The school has little to no diversity due to the rural location. Most teachers are very prepared, but there are some that are not the best in their subjects and tend to procrastinate with their teachings. The school does not prepare you for college.

The school is focused on hitting state guidelines, not getting the children to learn and retain the information and concepts. The apathy in some of the teachers is obvious. Other teachers are just trying to throw everything at the kids, hoping something might stick. The illiteracy rate at the school...
