GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

St. James High School provides many great teachers and opportunities to grow and be part of the school. The food is average and chances of fitting into the school are really good.

Love the people! Love the new gym, locker rooms, cafeteria, WiFi and bathrooms. I love that they give you new classes every year and that it has PSEO classes. I would change the food a bit and the effort students put in.

Our athletics aren't very good, so not many people have school spirit. We have awful equipment to practice with, our school is falling apart because the school board can not come up with a good referendum. I participated in tennis for 11 years and we had to fund our own money so we could purchase new uniforms and new courts.
