Overall great school, however I feel as if some opportunities like testing out of classes and taking AP classes was less accessible or known to some students. Fair amount of clubs and sports teams. Decent school lunch, and each is free. Some teachers who didn't quite mesh with my learning style, and that is where I would like to see a difference; greater range with the type of help you can get for a single class.

Through the many extracurriculars that I participated in, I never felt out of place. Most classes were adequately challenging, and teachers were typically understand and flexible, and really did care about setting you up for success. Going to Saint Johns High School was on overall great experience.

My experience at St. Johns Highschool has been fun. My school has a lot of extracurriculars to offer which makes it easy to find something you like. For me, I found dance, musical theatre, band, BPA, PALs, student council, and YAC through the school.

My experience was good until about 2015, now getting worse every year. If my daughter wasn't almost done (10th) I'd move her to Pewamo/Westphalia or Dewitt schools. St. Johns closes school excessively, especially on Fridays and Mondays. They extend school into summer vacation and force parents to se...
