I grew up in the public school system and loved it. This was a whole new experience for me as a parent of two young kids. The connection you have with your children's teachers is wonderful. It allows for further transparency into your child's behavior/academics in school as well as a heads up on things you can do on the homefront to boost the curriculum they are learning. It adds a facet that I feel was lacking in my experience. The smaller classes makes if feel like your child can get the individual attention they need. Also they have resources outside of the classroom to utilize. Simply put my family loves abiding savior school. By the way Pastor Parvey and Pastor/Principal Ryherd ( I'm sure the entire staff does as well) knows every kids name at the school and greets them at the door everyday by name. THAT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME AS A PARENT!!!!!!!
