Founded in 1952, Ladue Horton Watkins High has a long track record of academic success. It was ranked #3 by U.S. News and World Report for Best High Schools in Missouri. Niche has given the institution an A+ rating, and has ranked it #1 for Best Public High Schools in Missouri. Based on state test scores, 75 percent of the student body are proficient or higher in math, and 72 percent are at that level in reading. Advanced Placement coursework and exams are offered, and the participation rate in this program is 68 percent. The school is committed to excellence in academics, athletics, activities, and the arts. Beyond a strong core curriculum, the high school offers myriad athletic and other extra-curricular activities. Diverse athletics programs include cross country, basketball, golf, swimming, football, tennis, field hockey, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, baseball, and water polo. Clubs and activities available to students include choir, band, art, anime, chemistry club, animal allies, chess, dance, and computer science, among others. To keep each of the 1300+ students and their parents informed, the high school uses Infinite Campus mobile apps. Grades are posted on this platform, and a parent portal allows parents to view academic records. Went to it for 4 years played sports every year made friends that ive know for a long time and will most likley know after graduation teachers are helpful and get us ready for college with all the resources that are here for us if we choose to use them.

School is amazing. Beautiful, new, and state-of-the-art. Teachers genuinely care. Administrators genuinely care. Kids are, for the most part, pretty nice. Great sports.

Ladue High School has been a fantastic experience. I receive daily instruction from extremely qualified teachers and staff members on a daily. The school and the community are wonderful, and the facilities go above and beyond expectations.

Overall, Ladue High School has an excellent educational curriculum, teachers, fantastic new facilities. Problems in the Foreign language department with teaching.
