Metro was the perfect high school experience for someone who wants to excel academically. It sets all the students up very nicely for college by matching the rigor of a university as well as having an excellent college counselor who makes it a goal to meet with every student during their senior year so they have the best possible chance to get into the college they want. There is really nothing I would change about my experience at Metro.

It's a great school for those who would like to push themselves and work hard, it has tough classes and full ib. This school overall is amazing and pushes me to be better, the atmosphere is amazing.

Metro is a great place for high achieving students. Be prepared for a large amount of homework and reading. Tons of AP and IB courses to take. Kids are ready for college when they graduate. All new admin team this year, so they are having some growing pains. The school is the jewel of SLPS.

It's awful. The students are given so much work that they resort to cheating and drugs in order to complete it.

Metro is a great school because they assemble some of the best kids from the region and over time it has developed a wonderful culture of hard work and success.
