Strong academics are a requirement, so what really sets New City School apart is the social-emotional and the diversity components that are woven throughout the curriculum. We value these elements so highly that we've chosen to make the 20-minute drive into the city every day.

You can get a great education for your kids at a lot of StL schools. No place will better prepare your kids to be good, empathic, upstanding, well rounded humans than new city. DEI commitment built into the DNA, not just optics. Remarkable educators. Beautiful 5 acre campus in the city. Vibrant parent community. Quite literally the most dynamic school in the region.

New City School does an amazing job of living out their mission and catering to the whole child. They make the admissions process extremely easy and engaging - They took the time to get to know our family and child.

My daughters absolutely love their school. In addition to an enriching curriculum, the school offers a ton of extracurricular activities including drama, athletics, and art. They love learning and are in a great position to move on to middle/high school.
