My kids have had a great experience at St. Louis Park middle school, diversity of all kinds is valued and celebrated. IB principles are explored through hands-on activities, community projects, and infused in the daily curriculum. The teachers have been wonderful for the most part, we like that it is small, teachers know siblings and families and relationships are strong even after kids move up to the high school (which is also a great school).

I am in 8th grade at this school and I have grown up going to SLP schools. Remember what you read on the page may be outdated. The middle school in Saint Louis Park is a wonderful school, but like all middle schools, it has it's challenges. Students from 3 different grade schools come together from very different backgrounds, which can present issues, but also many opportunities for learning. My oldest graduated 2 years ago...
