A Jacksonville Beach tradition since 1949, St. Paul’s Catholic School offers children of all faiths a religious-based education. The school includes an early learning center, prekindergarten and a kindergarten prep class that acts as a transition between prekindergarten and kindergarten levels. Children can then progress to elementary and middle school to continue their education through eighth grade. Students in all grades participate in STREAM, a program that uses a hands-on interdisciplinary creative approach to educating students in science, technology, religion, engineering, art and math.
Extended day and after-school programs are engaging and focus on pursuits such as art, tennis, dance and chess. Activities and athletics are an important part of student life with numerous clubs including choir, safety patrol, National Junior Honor Society and a podcast club. The student body is particularly proud of its state-of-the-art gymnasium and its facilities for basketball, cheerleading and volleyball. Other school sports include track and field, soccer and softball.
The school is part of St. Paul’s Parish and has over 200 students. St. Paul’s Catholic School is accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference and students may apply for a limited number of scholarships.

St Paul's has been a great community for us as a family. I have two children attending and they are both happy in their classes, with their teachers and within their peer groups.

It started off great. Some students (and parents) are entitled and self centered but we kind of expected that. What we did not expect was the bullying. It got worse the past two years under the new principle. Instead of disciplining the offenders she takes a "can't we all get along" attitude. It got...

St. Paul's is an excellent school, with great teachers and staff. I would recommend this school to anyone. My kids are in a good learning and nurturing environment, while also learning to be independent.
