Proud that my children are mustangs! The only compaint I hear is regarding school lunch. They aren't fed enough.

Salina Central is a good school overall. There are many opportunities for students to explore several of their interests and career pathways. Salina Central High School is a 5A school which does have some effect on the sense or feeling of community at times. That said, the school does a good job at trying to make students feel welcomed and heard for the most part.

I like Salina Central's sports and culture. There are constantly posters and themes being put out for games and during football season, the student section is packed and excited. I would like to see more involvement with teachers and the board, because there are a lot of issues that could be solved if the teachers and board communicated.

Teachers and staff go above and beyond. The school is clean. The secretaries are polite and answer questions. The teachers work exceptionally hard to meet students at their level. The school offers many clubs, activities, and sports.
