GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Saltillo High is a well diverse school. It offers many different extracurricular activities. The staff is awesome and willing to go above and beyond for the students.

The school is not too big. Several activities to choose from. I feel teachers let kids get on their phone too much (this may be at all schools). Overall, it's a pretty good school.

I have loved my time at Saltillo High School. Being able to attend football games and being in pep rallies are my favorite experience. The faculty and staff there are so loving and have always been the best. Each teacher I have had has helped me so much in my academics. Having the opportunity to be apart of the dance team and other clubs is also another reason why I love SHS so much.

We moved our daughter to Saltillo High School from the "City" School and she is doing so much better academically. The teachers care and the students are kind. Thank God for this option!

Highest test scores in the state of Mississippi for 2010. Excellent people. Excellent students. School has a small feel but is plenty big enough to offer a large selection of classes.
