My school is very unexpected. I went to a charter school for majority of my life, so coming into a public school for high school was so life changing. I've experienced so much within these past 4 years of my life. It truly has made me open my eyes in so many different perspectives. Meeting new people & getting to explore what i like & seeing where i fit in has been a journey. I learned so much about myself as a person & how I want to carry myself out of high school.

East Central is an innovative school with its location being close to Adkins and Saint Hedwig Texas, it is a large campus with a. lot of community and learning environments surrounding the campus. Cast Lead high school is also a Business oriented sister school of East Central housed right next door to main campus.

There’s a fight every day and some of the teacher shouldn’t be teaching ,there is a English 3 teacher teaching middle school English, probably because he doesn’t have the right qualifications to teach high schoolers. I went here! The staff did a great job at helping the students think about their futures in a way that was realistic. I myself am going through medical school and am really grateful that I went here. I will be sending my children to ECISD.
