John jay was a very fun and easy to navigate school the teachers were awesome. They help me make sure I was passing in class and if I had trouble with any thing they would help. I was part of the John jay tennis team and jrotc program and , I could say both of these teams were like a family to me they make you feel welcomed and and eager to help us grow.

I taught at this school for 5 years. It gets a very negative wrap from a few bad eggs. The kids here are great, and because of the magnet school, some of the most intelligent students in San Antonio go there. The theatre program is great, and keeps the school culture thriving!
