The best experience in High school was finding the best friend group to be a part of there is change when going to a new school and finding the group is scary but the friends give you the best high school experience. The worst parts were having difficulty in a subject and the teachers not understanding that you don't know what to do no matter how hard you try. They don't listen to what you are saying and that ruins your mood. I would like to see teachers listen to what students are saying about what they are teaching and how they are going about it. Not everyone can learn fast and learn how they are being taught.

My overall experience at Hoover is wishy washy, I certainly have a love hate relationship with the school. It could be a lot better than what it is.

My overall high school experience has been very memorable. It is all thanks to the extracurriculars I am in. Hoover has very great programs, especially college prep, which there are only at Hoover.

Great. Came from a difficult situation and found a foundation on my life. Wish I could remember the name of the home room twacher and gym/tennis teacher who made me feel safe andgavw me courage in 1977

I've noticed a lot of these reviews are really vague and generally unhelpful, so i've taken it upon myself to give an accurate description of the environment here. The students: Very diverse, to the point where caucasian students are the minority. Students are generally peaceful but there is a "bad...
