Overall good, however I felt that until my upperclassmen years the academics were severely lacking. The Spanish department is consistently the most organized and strong, however I can't give any other department that same praise. The food is phenomenal and the campus location is fantastic. If you go to a small school, you need to have the expectation of a small private school for social life and everything else.

Bay lives up to its standards for college readiness. My parents have had to have little to no involvement in my college application journey. The college counselors at our school especially prepare you and guide you through every step of the way. The only issue I've had at with school is its lack of racial and socioeconomic diversity. The tuition is absurdly expensive and is not equitable for those who are looking for quality education at an affordable price.

Pretty great school. Lots of teachers are amazing, but some are significantly worse than others. The food is great, and the community is supportive.

I think Bay is a really great school. First off, the campus is so beautiful and I can see the Golden Gate Bridge from half of my classes. On top of that, the teachers are so kind and understanding and really strive for the betterment of students' learning. Lastly, the lunches/toast/bagels are so goo...

Bay is truly an organization that strives to be inclusive; however, they often site their founding principles as a means to avoid authentic reflection and growth. It is not enough to be founded on principles of DEIJB. Bay is all talk, in terms of its treatment of "staffulty." So much signaling and n...

The Bay School works very hard to curate a thoughtful and inclusive community. The leadership is responsive and willing to listen to input. Most importantly they are humble, the students graduate and attend top universities yet the school does not shout it from the rooftops. Instead they prefer to l...
