Honestly, it's not a bad school. I enjoy coming here and learning. The staff and student body are great. I just wish we had cleaner bathrooms and something were done to stop all the vaping. I also wish we had more extracurricular options.

San Lorenzo High School is given less access to resources to help provide students with adequate academics, our sister school receives most if not all funding from the district we are just know as the school on the "other side of the tracks" and it is so disappointing if it weren't for my own will to succeed and search for opportunities id be like the rest of my peers with a vape addiction and zero care for my academics.

SLZ was a great experience. The school is diverse and inclusive in my opinion. The staff were always available and connecting kids to opportunities and exposure out of the school. I wish there was a study abroad program connected to the school for upper class men.

Negative one. Admin is in constnat reactive mode to problems but wont take a stand against so many social ills that plague the place. Kids regularly run around out of control on campus and noone does anything about it. Gen ed teachers dont attend IEP meetings

Terrible and with the low test scores—I can’t understand how any parent would allow their kid to go to SLZ High. Students from this school are at a huge disadvantage.

This school has allowed me to blossom, bring me to the person I am. All of my teachers are VERY good, and know what they're doing (despite having many varying styles). I love my school, my home!! And I love the people that come with it! Here's the problem that started in 2016 at San Lorenzo—since he...

Amazing school and staff! They are fortunate to have an amazing principal with Tovi Scruggs. My 16 year old, a Junior has attended since 9th grade, he has had a great experience with some wonderful teachers who really care about their students and has made amazing friendships. I'm not sure about the...
