I've loved my time at Mission Hills. Teachers are supportive, staff is kind, the arts department is wonderful, and school events are fun.

My overall experience with MHHS is pretty bland. Im a junior who either wants to major in psychology or philosophy hopefully. Im also percussion captain for the Cardinal Alliance which is the band program offered here at MHHS. The band program has been my favorite part of high school so far because of all the memories and people even though its long hours and hard work. Something I could see change is how much dedication some of the teachers put. Some of them don't even teach, they just hand us work and tell us to do it. But even so I keep my grades up and try and understand the work best I can.

The best part of my experience has been the resources for students including counseling, future center, and informative meetings. The worst part is that the teachers do not always acknowledge the different ways students learn which I would like to see change. I think the school needs to find a way to incorporate students into the school to build a community such as having each student join a club, sport, or other activity.
