Mendez is a great school. My son had a mentor from a local church and it improved my sons confidence. The admininstrstors and teachers always kept me informed. Thanks Mrs. Reyes and Mrs. Gilley.

z. The principal, Mrs. Reyes, cares about the students and staff. She holds everyone accountable. The teachers are great. Currently, the school has 90 percent economically disadvantaged students. I know it has been a struggle for the staff. The Principal holds high expectations for staff and student...

I think the teacher's at Mendez are wonderful!They put the children's learning as top priority and provide the best caring, environment for them to suceed.
