GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Scottsbluff has many college courses for you to take, which can save you money because you won't have to take them in college. It has many activities to join and excel in.

From my time starting at the Scottsbluff High school I have had great experiences the teachers are amazing, as there is any where there can be drama between students but that does not take away from our amazing high school.

Scottsbluff High School has taught me a lot over the past four years. However, the one thing they didn't prepare me for was college. Something I liked about SHS was that there were different career academies that anyone could go into. SHS had something for every one of their students whether they wanted to be a diesel mechanic or go into law, theater, computing, journalism, teaching, you name it. SHS was also good at working with their students depending on their circumstances.

Teachers are unprofessional and unmotivated to inspire students to find their talents and be their best. Gossipy teachers and administration hurt the students and their chances of succeeding. SHS does not seek out quality teachers--they actually run off the good teachers. My now college students had...
