Mohave Wildcats are taught the principle of PAWS, which stands for Practice respect, Accept responsibility, Work together and Safety matters. With these ethics in mind, the school sets out to prepare students for the future. With a robotics program, a dual language Spanish immersion program, gifted and honors programming and foreign language classes, students can find opportunities to pursue their interests outside of core subjects. Extracurricular activities include anime, gaming and gardening. Mohave supports an array of athletics programs including baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, cheer and hockey. With the school’s ample opportunity for involvement both in and outside the classroom, students at Mohave Middle School will grow both academically and socially. There is no limit to what can be learned at this revered Scottsdale institution, and students will emerge from its doors as well-rounded young learners ready to take on high school.

My son had an excellent experience at Mohave. His teachers cared about his academic achievement as well as his social development. They were dedicated to making the learning experience interesting as well as challenging. The administration was also very supportive. And there were many clubs and activities to chose from.

At Cocopah, as a parent, it was incredibly frustrating. No one answered emails. I even started sending notes with my child...

Really happy with this school! My son is in a special ed program called Social, Communication, Academic (or something like that - SCA is the initials). He is getting a lot more support than he's ever gotten before. The teachers and staff are awesome and they really seem to care about the kids.
