Our daughter has attended SJE since preK and we could not be happier. The entire staff is fully engaged and committed to a safe, positive learning environment. There is a true sense of community among the families here and in our classroom there is a 6:1 student/teacher ratio. While every private school is a financial commitment . In terms of value compared to other schools, SJE cannot be beat.

A wonderful school with faculty and staff that truly care for the students, both in terms of their education and their moral compass. The work is challenging, but well rounded to develop a student ready to move into high school with as little challenge as possible. An interactive and welcoming community, the parents have plenty of chances to be involved. Absolutely worth a visit and all considerations for your child.

Academically, the school is alright. A majority of the work assigned to students is busywork along with projects that do not contribute to actual learning. Academically, students will leave SJE prepared for high school. Socially is another story. Additionally, there is a lot of room for improvement on teachers and staff creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Our family tried so hard to fit in here and to like this school, but unfortunately our experience at SJ was terrible. Principal is disingenuous, rude, on a power trip and is more concerned with proving her point, rather than the kids best interest. Think twice before you pay for this experience.
