Sevier County High School is most definitely one of the best schools in the Sevier County School District, though most definitely not the best one to attend state- or nation-wide.

My experience at Sevier County High School was outstanding. I graduated from here with a 3.96 GPA and played all four years of basketball and volleyball. I loved all of my teachers tremendously. they always supported me in the classroom, on the court, in my college decisions, and just in life in general. My coaches were the same way. I feel as the faculty at Sevier County High School treated me well and fully prepared me for college by allowing the option for Dual Enrollment classes.

Sevier County High School has an extremely diverse environment, from classes to students to clubs. It is a fairly safe and inclusive environment.

As an ex employee I can tell you we had done away with corporeal punishment years before 98. Read the law about interrogation with police. Of you have nothing to hide what would it matter? And yes, underfunded.
