I attended this school all through middle school and my freshman year of high school. It is hard to say anything good about this place. It does not show kindness to its students. It has its favorites from each grade and if you are not in that group then teachers and admin do not take the time to help you. My parents pulled me from this school because of the toll it took on my self worth, confidence, and mental health. I would never want anyone else to feel this way.

My daughter has attended SAS since the spring of 2021. The school navigated the pandemic with attention to detail and provided a supportive environment.

Poor communication between teachers, administration and parents. They beg parents to fill this out and give good reviews. They hide reasons why teachers leave even when it puts the next school they head to at risk. The facilities are out of date and the sports programs are fading away. The administration is ultimately to blame for the downward spiral of this school
