The best part about Shandon is the community that unites itself with others and our accepting nature to those who are new to the community. The worst part is how this school is better off closed than to be kept in operation, the pay is low, the resources are scarce, and the teachers are over qualified for a job that is just too low of a pay, those who do work there want to.

Because it's a small school, the teachers often get away with not grading papers, favoring students, or cancelling assignments due to lack of engagement; however, they are very friendly and approachable.

Offers FFA and sports, both of which receive good funding.

They are very last minute one every thing and no communication from school to parents. The staff is rude and very disorganized. They pay very little to student and there education.
