out of my absolute horrible experience at the sherman school i can attest that i only appreciate 3 teachers i had. teachers and most students are entitled/privileged who possess the belief that they deserve to be treated like royalty and you deserve to be treated like dirt. most parents are crazy toxic with their coveted belief that they are literal god. they spout ridiculous conspiracy theories, no matter how insanely stupid they are, and reward their kids even when they are bullies and torture other students. in their eyes, their kids can do nothing wrong, and when faced with the tiniest of punishment, freak out. teachers and students alike treat students of color poorly, and do absolutely nothing to stop the micro aggressions students of color face on the daily. if you are even thinking of attending the sherman school...DON'T. trust me when i say you will save yourself from a lot of trauma. and for the horrible quality of education they provide, the trauma is not worth it.

Small class sizes, very involved, dedicated teachers. The administration here is atrocious. They speak derogatorily to parents who raise concerns and I have heard horror stories from present and many former staff members that have worked there. Zero trust.

Sherman School is incredibly impressive despite its small size and the small community it draws from for support.
