It's a very good school if you want to really learn. The teachers are willing to help, and the curriculum is well taught. The school is small for how much goes on there, but the community is supportive.

We don't have a nurse at the school because she is at the elementary all the time and only comes up when needed. There have been a couple fist fights this year but nothing to serious. Lots of people are put down about their grades or weight or height, even if people are just joking it still hurts. A handful of students have tried or thought of killing themselves. All doors are locked and have cameras on them, students can't leave unless signing out.

We have a nurse but she is never at the school or I have never seen her in the building in the beginning of this school year. Other than that, we have a great security system. We have cameras, ID's, cards, and protection.

My son received an excellent education. As an ADHD child, he received excellent support throughout his junior and senior high years at Sidney.
