This data needs to be updated. It's a lovely school that serves K-8th now. It's a really nice side of town too. Not too rural and there's tons of subdivisions around. Traffic can get pretty congested, but they're working on expanding that. Class sizes are not 17 to 1 teacher. That only happens in 1st grade classrooms. Last I heard we were over 1500 kids. Most classrooms are 25 kids to a teacher. They're building a brand new high school nearby too that will be a state of the art Engineering and STEAM/STEM focused facility. Of course there will be other options too, but it's the 1st in the state of SC.

Please , please put your absentee form at the page that says forms . Some of us don’t go on FB and every time I need that form, either I can’t find it or it takes me 3or4 days to find it. I’m on my 4th day now. All of us are not tech savvy. But other than that this school is the best !!

We cannot sing the praises of this school enough!! We have one child with special needs and another in typical classes. Both are thriving. The teachers and administrators go above and beyond to treat each student with respect and kindness. They make sure that each child feels cared for and encourage...

We are now in our 4th year at RGS and love it. We have four children there ranging from Kindergarten through seventh grade. We appreciate the quick response from the administration and the love and care the teachers put into their kids.
