The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

Cassadaga has an excellent CTE program as well as many honors courses, specialized courses, and distance learning courses. They have multiple college credit bearing courses but they do not have any AP courses currently.

I loved my experience at Cassadaga Valley. It is a small school in a beautiful location. The staff truly get to know their students and invest their time to making sure they become successful. Since this district is so small students get a good amount of individualized attention and help when needed. One thing that I would change about this school is the amount of college course offered, I would like to see more college connection options in the future.

Cassadaga is a school you hate till you are about to graduate the school itself sucks but the clubs and sports are amazing you really develop a family with the people you are involved with the teachers who care actually care but we have more teachers that don't care our agriculture programs and classes are amazing the few math and science teachers that care are amazing people along with the history and English departments ....but they are limited to what they can do because of the new principal in charge they can not teach the way they used to and it's harming the teachers who care about their students
The teachers are good natured kind people that are stuck teaching the common core curriculum. They mostly rush through the assignments just to try to cover everything before the state tests. The problem with this is that most children can not keep up. It then becomes the parents job to learn or rele...
